UniRun specialises in Learn to Run Workshops, Beginners Running Programs and Personal Run Coaching.
All sessions cater to complete beginners, and proven training methods are introduced and followed in a fun, non-threatening environment; which will keep you motivated to achieve your fitness goals and maximise results.
One-on-One Coaching and Online Coaching is also available for those who can't attend a UniRun session, need flexibility with where and when they run, or who have a specific goal in mind and need some personalised help in achieving it.

I'm a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor, with a passion for running, having completed over forty marathons plus numerous smaller-distanced events over the years.
UniRun was born out of a desire to help others realise the pure, simple pleasure of running. From improving health and fitness ability to increasing personal pride and satisfaction; running is a powerful tool that we can all use to improve our lives and make us the best we can be.
As well as being a registered exercise professional, I am also an accredited recreational running coach (Level 2), and a member of prominent professional fitness and running organisations; Fitness Australia and Athletics Australia.
I look forward to working with you.
